WORD FOR WORD, WITHOUT WORDS
Inerdisciplinary exhibition in Mestna galerija Ljubljana (15 September - 30 October 2010)
What happens if we divest language of figurativeness and start taking it literally, word for word? With a number of selected idioms from the Slovenian language as our points of departure, we exposed linguistic directness and presented it in an interdisciplinary show with 24 international artists and selected artifacts from 4 Slovene museums.

S'PAJKANJE
Ongoing research (since 2009)
The subject of the our research is a metal wall spider, an ornament that has been adorning the walls od Slovenian homes for almost 60 years, in the meantime becoming so commonplace that it gets overlooked even by its owners and their neighbours. The geographical, technological and design characteristics of this unique Slovenian house ornament are analysed.

INDIJA
http://www.indija.si/ (since September 2007)
Indija is the Domestic Research Society's online bookshelf. Here you can find texts that have been chosen with care and with a feeling for the time and place in which we operate. The name is borrowed from the Slovene folk expression Indija Koromandija, referring to a mythical utopian land "flowing with milk and honey." Because our project is not utopian but sustainable we simply dropped the Koromandija part.
